Gráinne is Scarlet’s Artistic Director and has shaped the company’s vision for the last fourteen years. Gráinne is an actor, director and teacher and has performed in most of Scarlet shows. She has directed Stranded and New Lives and co-directed Love and Other Fairy Tales, with Katarzyna Deszcz and The Fruit has Turn to Jam in the Fields with Emma Bernard. She has run workshops in London, Dublin and Krakow and performed with Trestle and The Right Size. Recently she has directed for Central School of Speech and Drama and Hope Street Liverpool.


Danielle Capretti

Danielle graduated from City University in 2004 with a degree in Cultural Management.  Initially a placement, she was hired by Scarlet as an administrator in 2004 and returns as Artistic Coordinator on a part-time basis.   For Scarlet, she has been involved with The Chair Women, New Lives, The Children of Lir and Love and Other Fairy Tales (2006).
